Tenant will have to take a civil liability insurance in the amount of 2,000,000$, an insurance to cover his belongings and also an insurance to cover displacement and accommodation fees in the case of a forced renovation to the condo caused by water damage or any other reason whereby the tenant will be forced to move during the renovation works, and keep it active for the whole term of the lease. 15.
