Conditions to be added to the lease: 1. The lessee shall respect all the rules and by-laws of the immovable 2. The lessee shall keep the unit clean and sanitary at all times 3. Damages caused by neglect and abuse will be at lessee's cost 4. The lessee may not paint any of the rooms without the landlord's consent 5. Security deposit of $250 for remote control and entry chip shall be given to the lessor. 6. The lessee is required to pay for any lost keys; the lessee may not change the lock of the unit rented 7.
