Tenant will have to take a civil liability insurance in the amount of 2,000,000$ and keep it active for the whole term of the lease. 14. No pets. 15. Tenant will pay the moving fees. 16. No laundry, bicycles, or storage on balcony. Only patio furniture is allowed on the balcony. 17. No sub-lease nor airbnb. 18. 1st month rent is payable at the signing of the lease.
