The following terms and conditions must be an integral part
of any promise to lease:
-The lessee has to present his pay slip;
-The lessee shall respect the syndicate rules and
regulations; a copy of the condo regulations must be given
to the lessee;
-The lessee will be responsible for paying any penalty due
to their failure to comply with declaration of co-ownership;
-No pets are allowed;
-The lessee is responsible for any moving expenses required
by the syndicate;
-The lessee to provide a valid liability insurance of $2M
for the duration of the lease;
-The lessee has to present a copy of his driving license;
-Credit report check must be sent to the lessor and at the
entire satisfaction of the lessor;
-No sublease, No assignment of lease, No Airbnb;
-No smoking is allowed in the property and common area.
