Conditions to be added to the lease:

1.The lessee shall keep the property clean at all time.

2.Damages caused by neglect and abuse will be at lessee's

cost.

3.The lessee may not paint any of the rooms without the

landlord's consent.

4.Upon termination of the lease,the lessee shall return the

dwelling in the condition it was received.

5.Landlord may access the property with a 24 hour notice.

6.It is forbidden to smoke in the house.

7.No consumption nor production of marijuana/pot.

8.The lessee will have to take a civil liability insurance
